Crazy Ralf is an enhanced version of Ralf, first obtainable as a pre-acquisition unit during the Extra Ops titled "Crazy Drive!!". After this event ended, Crazy Ralf was unavailable until he was added into the Medal/VIP Crank by the 2.0.5 update.
As his name suggests, Ralf has gone mad over his loss against the Iron Cab. While he is more expensive than normal Ralf, Crazy Ralf comes with more health. Like his normal self, Crazy Ralf's attacks are incendiary based, so he is effective against units like the W.Soldier.
Crazy Ralf's long range attack is the same as normal Ralf's special. Should he receive a hit that would cause him to be knocked back when 2 is unlocked, he will counterattack with a long range attack, essentially giving him invulnerability against knockbacks. This makes him particularly effective against units like the Scrap Cannon.
Much like Odette, Crazy Ralf hits quick at close range while his long range attack does more damage. However, his short range is capable of removing some physical projectiles, such as small missiles. His special attack gives him invulnerability frames, though it is somewhat short.
Crazy Ralf is used in a PF deck for his durability and low AP cost, allowing the user to follow up with Special Eri or Lightning Fio to quickly overwhelm an opponent before they are able to deploy stronger units.
Vulcan Punch (Spread) - He will use his trademark Vulcan Punch against his enemies, a series of rapid explosive punches that can easily take down weaker enemies and do heavy damage to tougher ones. It can also remove some projectiles.
Galactica Phantom (Spread) - Ralf will charge forward with a powerful punch.
- If an attack causes Ralf to be knocked back, he will do this attack instead if skill 2 is unlocked.
Descending Bomber Punch (Spread) - Ralf will leap and do a powerful punch into the ground, emitting an explosion in a small area. While performing this attack, he is invulnerable. Damages enemies up three times during animation; up to six if 4 is unlocked.
